Search Committee
The Â鶹ɫÇéƬ Board of Regents announced the members of the 15-member GC Presidential
Search Committee, in addition to the tentative search timeline and plan during the
Nov. 12 regular Board of Regents meeting at the college’s main campus.
The 15-member search committee will be chaired by GC Regent Carolyn Sunseri, and consist
of three GC regents overall, two of which are required by Texas law, and includes
three current GC faculty members, one retired faculty, two current staff members,
five individuals representing different facets of the community and one student.

The GC Presidential Search Committee will be tasked with reviewing confidential applications
and nominations, interviewing semifinalist candidates and identifying the final candidates
to be forwarded to the GC Board of Regents for consideration.
